As a mental health professional who has been working in the mental health field with children, adolescents, teens, and adults for the past 15 years. I have experience in diverse treatment settings and work with individuals struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, grief, family issues, relationships issues, stress management and behavioral issues. I focus on helping individuals and families overcome personal obstacles by using an integrative therapeutic approach that includes the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Creative arts therapy, Mindfulness-based stress reduction, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

PHD, Licensed Psychologist

Linda Busch-Somach, PhD is a Licensed Psychologist with over 25 years experience helping people with Trauma (PTSD) and dissociative disorders, mood disorders, chronic health and pain issues, grief, infertility, substance abuse and adoption. Dr. Busch is on the health advisory board of a NJ Medical Marijuana Dispensary and has training and experience in the use of psychotropic medication as well as psychedelic assisted treatment. She is best known for her interactive, warm, empathic and funny style of psychotherapy.

Chrissy offers a discreet individualized therapeutic experience designed around your unique needs and goals. She supports clients by way of navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood, and behavioral concerns, relationships challenges and life transitions. Loren

Loren was introduced to yoga over fifteen years ago by his father in law. Loren and his wife, Ileana, have been able to explore the yoga world together over that time. Loren is a 200 hour Bamboomoves trained instructor in Hatha Raja Yoga. In 2014 Loren purchased Bamboomoves Palisades Park, a small yoga studio in Palisades Park, NJ. The studio had 10 different teachers and served a diverse community of approximately 150 members. He taught, healed, and practiced daily with his community until the pandemic of 2020, when the studio was forced to close. Loren has a deep appreciation for what yoga has provided in his life. Yoga has given him a method to stay healthy and happy with a strong mind and body. He is inspired to be able to share what he has learned with others.
